Appointments

To request an appointment:

• Call us on 01382 669500, Monday to Friday from 8am

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

If you are unable to attend the practice because you are housebound we will phone you first to understand what you need. The GP will then organise a home visit if this is necessary.

Extended hours will be provided on Wednesday morning and Friday morning on alternating weeks. A small number of pre-bookable telephone consultation appointments with a GP will be available each week.

All appointments will be a telephone consultation initially. The clinician will then decide whether they need to bring the patient in for a face to face appointment.

Please remember to cancel your appointment if you no longer need it. This allows the appointment time to be offered to somone else. If you repeatedly fail to attend booked appointments you will be issued with a warning. Further missed appointments may result in you being removed from our list of registered patients.

If we are closed and you are too ill to wait until we re-open, please visit the  NHS 24 Website for advice or call them free on 111.

If you think that someone's life is at risk you should call 999 immediately.
