Coronavirus - Covid-19
•
Patients with symptoms of coronavirus infection should stay at home. Do not go to your GP, Pharmacist or Hospital.
•
The NHS inform website is the fastest way to get information on symptoms, self help, testing and how to self isolate.
•
Patients should call the practice ONLY IF their symptoms are severe or they have shortness of breath, if the symptoms worsen during the 10 day self
isolation period or have not improved after 7 days.
If you feel you need to see or speak to a GP or Nurse FOR REASONS OTHER THAN CORONAVIRUS, please phone on the normal number 01382 669500 and give
your details to a receptionist. You will be asked to give brief details of your illness and a GP or nurse will then call you back. It is likely that your problem can be managed
without the need to be seen in the surgery but the GP will ask you to attend if necessary.
Patients that are attending the practice will be required to wear a fluid resistant face mask or face shield if unable to wear a mask. Patients that are exempt
and feel unable to wear either should advise admin when arranging an appointment so alternative arrangements can be made in advance.
Covid-19 Vaccination
Please look on NHSinform for up to date information on the Covid-19 vaccines and the vaccination program. This includes information an how to make
an appointment at a vaccination clinic and how to get proof of your vaccination status.
