APPOINTMENTS FOR FLU VACCINES Please note that due to the pandemic the way we are holding our flu clinics this year will be very different as follows: Appointment time will be given. Please do not attend early for appointment. Patients must wear a face covering. Patients will be symptom checked before entry. If a patient has symptoms or has been in contact with someone with symptoms prior to their appointment, they MUST cancel and re-schedule their appointment. NO ONE WITH SYMPTOMS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE PRACTICE. There will be a one way system in operation. Patients arriving for flu clinic to enter through gate at number 14 Ancrum Road. Patients will be required to wait in a socially distanced queue outside the building. Patients must come dressed for the weather conditions. No seating will be available. Patients will only be allowed entry one at a time to the building when a clinician is available. When entering the clinician room – please remove your coat, roll up sleeve and advise clinician of your name and date of birth. No seating will be available in the clinician’s room. Patients will exit through fire exit at number 12 Ancrum Road. Only flu vaccines will be administered on the day, patients should not discuss any other issues with the clinician as no consultations or prescription collections will be available.
